Leeds Conservatoire is looking for 2 experienced administrators to join the HE Course Administration team in the Registry department.  One role is permanent and the other is on a fixed term basis to cover a period of family leave until July 2021. 
 
You will provide professional administrative support to our increasing portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate academic programmes across all day-to-day activities, taking a pro-active approach to supporting teaching and learning activities.  Acting as a point of contact for staff and students, you will contribute to the excellent customer service provided by the course administration team. 
 
Applicants must be educated to A Level standard (or equivalent), with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and extensive administrative experience, including in the use of computerised information systems. Experience of working as an administrator in a higher education environment is desirable. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential in order to manage the varied workload the post demands.
 
The Registry team are currently working mainly remotely with a rota system in place to provide weekly cover for essential on-site activities by those staff who are able to do so.
 
Interviews for these posts will take place remotely via Zoom the week commencing 14 December.
