This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team that has already become a valuable asset to the student experience within the conservatoire. 
 
We need someone with a passion for live music, and a knowledge and experience of the music and wider creative sectors. The ideal candidate will have had experience in fixing performers for shows/gigs, and will be keen to develop our agency offering; a service that already delivers over £40,000 worth of paid opportunities for students annually, as well as a range of other activities including festival and conference partnerships. 
 
The successful candidate will directly support the creative ambitions of our student and graduate communities in delivering a wide range of support schemes, interventions and resources as well as our booking agency services. 
 
We are looking for a self-starter who is confident with engaging new clients, liaising with staff, students, and partner organisations, and attending in person conferences, fairs and of course live performances. A major part of this hands on role will be getting to know our student and graduate artists, helping to develop their artistry and support them in their endeavours. 
 
We need a hard worker who thrives in a fast paced and sometimes complex environment. With a keen eye for detail in all aspects of your work. You will be imaginative, curious and persuasive, with a willingness to compromise.
