Leeds Conservatoire delivers a busy schedule of events, concerts, masterclasses and conferences on an annual basis. The Events department at the conservatoire is looking for a dynamic and customer service focused front of house team member to manage the front of house team on these events. 
 
With prior experience of working in a concert venue, or public events space, you will act as Duty Manager during concerts and events. Managing a team of stewards, you will provide a high level of customer service for all our visitors, and ensure their safety during any venue evacuations and fire alarms. You will work alongside other members of the technical and events team, to manage performers and the back stage areas during concerts. 
 
This is a pivotal role and an exciting opportunity to work within a thriving events department in one of the city’s leading venues.
